Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Any orders received during our regular business hours will typically ship the next business day.  We ship all our packages via USPS as Priority Mail.  Allow 2-5 days for standard shipping, depending on your location and the time of year.  Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to ship.  Please contact us if you have questions about when your order will be delivered.

Returns, damaged items, and order mixups
Any damage or order discrepancy claims should be submitted to Marcia's Legacy Soap Co. within 5 days of receiving the order, via email, at Marcias.Legacy@gmail.com.  Please reference order number and product(s) in question.  It is also helpful to attach images of damage, so we can better assist you.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us using the email listed above for instructions regarding returns or exchanges.  We accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase, so long as the item has not been used & is in new condition.  Items can be exchanged, or refunded.  Shipping the items back to Marcia's Legacy Soap Co. is at your expense.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization prior to shipping the product back.  Your refund for the price of the item will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive & inspect your return.
